Does CMI bill my insurance, or do I?

If CMI is contracted with your medical plan, we will bill your insurance company or administrator directly for the completed service.

What else do I need to know about your billing practices?

How much your insurance plan pays for our services depends on the plan design. You may wish to contact your insurance administrator for coverage information prior to your service. Certain medical plans require you to have a written referral and prior authorization from your primary care physician for imaging services.

We also bill secondary insurance (when you are covered by more than one medical plan). Once we have received payment from all contracted plans, we will bill you for any remaining balance. We request that you pay your bill upon receipt.

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also set up a payment plan if you are unable to pay the balance in full. Please note that we only accept debit cards that display the VISA or MasterCard logo.
